New ONT P2 Solo available
A new Oxford Nanopore P2 Solo has been installed
A new Oxford Nanopore P2 Solo has been installed in collaboration with the CoE PRIMA. A new GPU-based workstation financed by UiO to support ONT. ONT long read sequencing will allow sequencing ultra-long DNA and native RNA fragments, and native methylation of DNA, and can be coupled with specialised protocols like single cell sequencing.
