GCF a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx NanoString technologies
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo is now a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx technologies.
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo has implemented numerous technologies using the NanoString nCounter and GeoMx technologies to study the biology of complex systems. Using these technologies, we measure and analyse hundreds to thousands of RNA and protein molecules in bulk and study their spatial distribution within tissues. Please get in touch with us for a meeting if you would like more information, and these technologies can help your research.

News
The Genomics Core Facility will not accept new sample submissions over the summer break. The deadline for submission is noon on Friday, July 5th. We will reopen on Tuesday, July 30th. The sequencing of existing projects will continue, although turnaround times may be longer than usual.
We wish all our users a good summer
The First Visium HD service was performed this week. High demand for this new technology to study spatial biology at single–cell–scale resolution.
