Genomics Open Day, 1st of December
We will introduce a portfolio overview and updated details of new technologies and product releases from 10x Genomics, including Visium Spatial, single-cell analysis of FFPE samples, fixed RNA profiling and the new Xenium In Situ analysis technology. This will be followed by exciting research presentations using Spatial and Single Cell Multiomics from leading environments in Sweden and Norway.

The Genomics and Bioinformatics Core Facilities resumes the drop-in hour every Wednesday between 2:30-3:30 PM. Follow the Zoom link below.
The Genomics Core Facility will not be accepting new sample submissions over the summer break. The deadline for submission is noon on Friday 7th of July. We will reopen again on Tuesday 1st of August. The sequencing of existing projects will continue, although turnaround times may be longer than usual.
