New 384-well Real-Time PCR

The Genomics Core Facility has installed a new high-throughput QuantStudio5 384-well real-time PCR instrument.

The instrument will allow the performing of medium to large real-time PCR projects and reduce the costs of reagents. Together with our new nanoliter dispensing I.DOT system, larger projects can be easily set up. The instrument was financed by the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Oslo.
