GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling

Service established

Morphology marker evaluation for gastrointestinal stromal tumours using our NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiller. PanCK (green), CD45 (grey), SYTO13 (blue) & Vimentin (red).

The GeoMx spatial transcriptomic profiling is now part of our repertoire of services at the Genomics Core Facility. Please contact us for more information (genomics@rr-research.no).

Summer Closure 2022

The Genomics Core Facility will not be accepting new sample submissions over the summer break. The deadline for submission is 1 PM on Friday 8th of July. We will reopen again on Monday 1st of August. The sequencing of existing projects will continue, although turnaround times may be longer than usual.
