GeoMx training
After the first 2 days of the GeoMx training we are getting some nice pictures from the morphology marker staining for ROI selection for spatialtranscriptomics. Really exciting to separate tumor cells, immune compartment and microenvironment for gene expression analysis!! Now we "just" need to sequence and analyze the data...
Thank you to the University of Oslo for the infrastructure grant to establish this new and exciting technology for the first time in Norway.
