Liquid Biopsy Quality Control Service
The Genomics Core Facility is now able to provide quality control service of cell-free DNA using the new 4200 Agilent TapeStation system. This will further improve the success of the different liquid biopsy services provided for cancer detection and monitoring. Contact us for further information.
Our new instrument provides
• Fast and simplify workflows to analyse from 1 to 96 samples
• Unique analysis of liquid biopsies from cell-free DNA, which allows quantifying the percentage of cfDNA in a given sample
• Analysis of genomic DNA and RNA, and calculation of integrity for FFPE samples
• Quality control and quantification of NGS libraries
Our new instrument has been financed by the University of Oslo infrastructure funds.

The Genomics Core Facility has successfully gone through a certification process to become a certified NGS ProLab for TWIST Bioscience technologies.
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo is now a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx technologies.
