Genomic Core relocating to new OCCI building
The Oslo University Hospital Genomics and Bioinformatics Core Facilities will relocate to the new Oslo Cancer Cluster Innovation park to colocalise with the section for Molecular Pathology. The colocalisation will facilitate the technology and competence transfer from our genomics environment to accelerate the implementation of high-throughput sequencing for clinical stratification of cancer patients.
The Genomics Core Facility will have limited activities during week 11 and 12 due to the scheduled move.
News
The Genomics Core Facility has successfully gone through a certification process to become a certified NGS ProLab for TWIST Bioscience technologies.
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo is now a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx technologies.
