Early access to actionable cancer gene panel
The Genomics Core Facility has been selectect among a small number of European sites for early access to the new Illumina actionable gene panel. Initial testing will be performed in August 2015.

The Genomics Core Facility has successfully gone through a certification process to become a certified NGS ProLab for TWIST Bioscience technologies.
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo is now a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx technologies.
