Genologics Clarity LIMS implemented
Clarity LIMS is a system built specifically for the needs of clinical or research genomics laboratories to provide end-to-end workflow tracking and integration. The LIMS provides support for regulatory compliance, and role-based interfaces designed to match the needs of individuals in the lab and collaborators/users.
The Clarity LIMS tracks samples and workflows throughout sample acquisition, preparation, instrument and operation. In aadition collects quality control and accreditation data.
The LIMS has been implemented for a number of protocols including
- Illumina TruSeq Stranded Total RNA
- Illumina Small RNA sequencing
- Illumina TruSeq Custom Amplicon
- Illumina TruSight Tumor panel
- Agilent SureSelect XT
- Illumina ChIP-Seq
- Illumina Gene expression BeadChips
- Illumina Genotyping BeadChips
- Illumina DNA methylation BeadChips
Additional protocols will be validated and implemented

The Genomics Core Facility has successfully gone through a certification process to become a certified NGS ProLab for TWIST Bioscience technologies.
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo is now a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx technologies.
