Come hear about our projects at the Contact meeting
Head of the Genomics Core Facility Leonardo Meza-Zepeda will at the NBS Contact meeting present two large projects on Personalized Cancer Medicine that the Core Facility is part of.
The projects Personalized Cancer Medicine and Lung cancer Pilot Project will be presented by Leonardo Meza-Zepeda in two minisymposia at the 2013 NBS Contact meeting at Lillehammer. The first presentation will be in Minisymposia 3 at 5 pm, the second in Minisymposia 1 at 6 pm, both on Thursday January 31.
Personalized Cancer medicine is a prioritized area for the National Health Service in Norway, and the Personalized Cancer Medicine consortium have recieved two major grants to among other objectives provide a national network for implementation of personalised cancer medicine in Norway.

The Genomics Core Facility has successfully gone through a certification process to become a certified NGS ProLab for TWIST Bioscience technologies.
The Genomics Core Facility at Oslo University Hospital and University of Oslo is now a Core Lab for nCounter and GeoMx technologies.
